Home Clarity helps you learn about your options for financing a manufactured home. Right now, we do not make loans, take loan applications, or set interest rates. We just teach you what your options are and help you find lenders who can help.
Home Clarity does not originate mortgage loans, take loan applications, negotiate loan terms, or quote interest rates. We provide educational information and connect you with independently licensed lenders who may be able to help.
We are working toward getting a Florida Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license so we can offer more services in the future. If and when that happens, we will update this page right away with our NMLS ID number and a link to our profile.
About NMLS & How to Verify Licenses
NMLS is a website where you can look up any person or company that makes home loans. Before you work with any lender, you should check them there. It is free and takes about 2 minutes.
Look up any lender or loan officer for free at NMLS Consumer Access.
Visit NMLS Consumer Access →Any lender or loan officer you work with should have an active license in Florida. Their NMLS ID number should be on their website, emails, and paperwork. If you cannot find it, ask them for it.

The lenders you see on Home Clarity have their own licenses. We do not control them or guarantee their work. Before you work with any lender, we suggest you:
1. Look them up on nmlsconsumeraccess.org
2. Make sure they can make loans in Florida
3. Check if they have any complaints
4. Ask for their license number in writing
