Information you share with us
When you use our tools or fill out a form, you might share your name, email, phone, and some info about your home buying situation. You choose what to share — most tools work without giving us any contact info.
Information collected automatically
Like every website, we can see basic info like what pages you visited and what device you used. We use this to make the site better. We do not track you around the internet.
Information you never have to provide
You can use the Affordability Calculator, Cost Comparator, Loan Navigator, DPA Finder, and all other tools without providing your name, email, or phone number. Contact information is only requested if you want to receive results by email, be contacted by a lender, or receive follow-up guidance.
How We Use Your Information
To do what you asked us to do
If you ask us to find you a lender match, we use your info to do that. If you want a consultation, we use it to set that up. That is it.
To make the site better
We look at big-picture numbers (like how many people use a tool) to make the site better. We never look at individual people's info for this.
To communicate with you — only with your permission
We send email and SMS communications only to people who have explicitly opted in with a clearly checked consent box. We do not send marketing communications to anyone who has not affirmatively opted in.
We Will Never Sell Your Information
We do not sell, rent, or give your personal information to anyone — period. The lenders on our site pay a monthly fee to be listed. They do not pay for your info.
The only time a lender gets your information is when YOU choose to contact them. You control that moment.

You can ask us for a copy of everything we have about you — we will send it within 30 days.
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your info — we will do it within 30 days. (We may need to keep some records required by law, like consent records.)
Fix your data
You can ask us to fix anything that is wrong.
Stop hearing from us
You can stop getting emails or texts from us at any time. Click unsubscribe in any email, or reply STOP to any text. We process these requests within 24 hours.
Florida residents have additional rights under Florida's Digital Bill of Rights (HB 9B). Contact us at privacy@homeclarity.house with any Florida-specific privacy requests.
